Acoustic Pie welcomes independent reviews of the performing songwriters on the San Diego Songwriters page or the Acoustic Pie Artists page. We can consider either artist reviews or CD reviews. Here are some guidelines:
- Reviews of any songwriter (or their CDs) on the San Diego Songwriters page or Acoustic Pie Artists page can be submitted for consideration
- You should not be financially connected to or a relative of the artist you're reviewing
- Don't worry if you're not a spelling/grammar expert. It's the thought that counts (and we'll proofread your review for you).
- Give us your "credential" to go with your byline, i.e., "Janie Smith, Music Fan" or "Jimmy Brown, Singer/Songwriter", etc.
- Be sure and include your web site if you have one and we'll link back to your site from your byline.
- Anything from a few short, informal sentences to a full 1000-word article may be submitted for consideration
- No, you don't get paid (unfortunately)! This is a labor-of-love website running a deficit budget.
